This is my Research Topic

* The relationship between Leadership style among managers and employee Job performance among managers in Institution of Higher Education: A Study in Mahsa University College*

ABSTRACT

This study focuses on the leadership styles adopted by managers in Mahsa University College and how does it affect the employee job performance in the organization. Many research conducted shows and agree that there is a significant relationship between Leadership styles and Job Performance level in the organization. 

The 1st Chapter consist of the introduction of the Research, Statement Problem, Background of the study. Reaseach Objective and Research Question to be address in this study

Let's read the Chapter 1

The second chapter will discuss on the Literature Review on this topic specifically, how the past research done in relation to the leadership styles among managers, especially in educational institution, but mostly school principals. How the Job performance being predicted, measured and pattern of leadership styles  influencing the job performance.

And there goes with the methods used for this research in chapter 3, I must confess that while drafting this chapter, the methods, the instrument, and the data collection is not easy, as this is my 1st time doing a research proposal, i just know what is mean by random sampling, population, mean, standard deviation etc, so i try my best to draft my research methodology for this study

Once i submitted the whole chapter on 22nd December 2012,
Prof Dr Teoh did mention about the appendix which is the Questionnaire...

Yes... That part - the appendix i almost forgot to submit

So i have to resubmit the whole set of assignment...

Even though the meeting in classes is only around 8 times, plus a few consultation, i must now understand how to write a Research Proposal for my final dissertation.

Knowing the fact that RP is not as easy as writing an essay

In the middle of semester,
As everyone is struggling to finish chapter 2 of their Research Proposal,
I was in denial of the dateline and sources to support my Research topic..
But at last,
I have to do it no matter how..
Dr Teoh has highlighted to all
in order to write, you must read...
in order to read, i need more time to digest the content...

Oh....
The writing part is not as easy as you writing an English Essay for SPM...
